Before the Revival
When the Ranger initially ceased production in 2011, it’s been using the third generation build and design since 1998. It had a 3-inch wheelbase with rack and pinion steering and a 2.5L SOHC I4 engine that produced a 117 hp and 149 lb-ft of torque. Design-wise, the Ranger received minor updates to the grille, hood, and front bumper throughout the years, with most of the redesigns being made in the all-new 2019 Ranger.
